After decades of working with developers, operators, investors, consultants and contractors around the world, we have learned that successful projects are built on relationships as much as design. Most challenges are not about creativity. They are about coordination, communication and bringing different stakeholders together around a shared vision.
Our clients range from experienced developers and global operators to entrepreneurs entering hospitality for the first time. Our role is to create alignment, maintain momentum and help teams make confident decisions at the right time.
We care deeply about design, but equally about being trusted partners throughout the journey. If you’re looking for a team that values relationships as much as results, we’d be delighted to start a conversation.

She studied architecture at the University of Applied Arts Vienna in the studio of Zaha Hadid and Patrik Schumacher, and later at SCI-Arc in Los Angeles. RICHARD COUTTS

03 The team
A global team, a shared purpose.
OFFSHOOR brings together an international team with experience across architecture, hospitality, interiors, landscape and digital delivery. Our backgrounds span Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with work ranging from hotels and resorts to mixed-use developments, waterfront environments, mountain destinations and technically demanding remote sites.
We work as one integrated team, combining creative direction with practical delivery experience from concept through coordination and documentation. Senior designers remain closely involved throughout, while specialist expertise is brought in where the site, brief or programme requires it, helping ambitious ideas remain commercially, operationally and technically deliverable.
